About Us
New Patients
All new patients must complete paperwork, and pay for appointment before being put on the schedule. After reviewing your history, we will call you to schedule the initial appointment. The appointment Is usually between 90 minutes – 120 minutes, and is based on a rate of $400.00.
Current Patients
We value our current patients and want to help you keep on top of your care. Since ADHD medication treatment needs regular monitoring, we require an appointment at least once every three months. If you have concerns about your current medication or questions, please make an appointment at 432-620-8500. We will do our best to get you on the schedule as soon as possible. Please note we are booking, on average, about 3-5 weeks in advance.
Prescription Refills
Please use the main line for appointments, questions, and to speak to someone directly. To order a new prescription please call the prescription line or click on the email link below to email. State your first and last name (spelling), age, and prescription to be refilled and if you will be picking up or if it will need to be mailed. If the prescription needs to be called in, please leave the name of the pharmacy you wish us to call.
Prescriptions called into the prescription line before 5:00 pm will be ready the following day. Prescription called in after 5:00 pm will not be ready for two business days.
Since we are only in the office until noon Friday you must call in your prescriptions before noon on Fridays, to be ready on Mondays. Prescriptions called in after noon on Fridays will not be ready until the following Tuesday.
Please be advised that if the prescription is to be mailed there will be a $5.00 charge. We welcome self-addressed, stamped envelopes furnished by patients. When we are furnished envelopes there will be no charge for mailing.
